DESIGN & PLANNING
This is the first step in turning your vision into reality. During this iterative and collaborative phase, we define the problem and establish the basis of the design. We will provide creative, practical designs that consider your goals, jurisdictional requirements, as well as the physical and fiscal constraints.
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
The design comes to life through the production of clear and detailed construction documents that faciliate our dialogue with local approving authorities and builders. We coordinate the development of the design package with all disciplines, and shepherd the project through the plan review process.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Unforseen conditions and changes are to be expected when designs transfer from paper to reality. Through site visits and contractor coordination, we ensure all changes conform with the original “design intent” to deliver the project on time and on budget.

The initial phases of each project consist of defining the problem to be solved and testing the boundaries of possible solutions. Schematic designs involve close collaboration to ensure that your needs and lifestyle are reflected in the provided designs.

Our goal is to document as much as possible through graphics and descriptions to ensure all items are accounted for in the plans. The resulting documents are used to secure permits, soclicit bids, and provide instructions to builders.
BUILD
We work closely with contractors throughout the construction process to collaboratively incorporate improvments and solve any issues that may arise, ensuring the design intent is met in all aspects of the project.
